We operate in an industry where sustainability is seen as a challenge. KITT Engineering nevertheless puts a lot of time and resources into running its business in the most sustainable way possible. A key focus within KITT is the practical implementation of sustainable enterprise. For both ongoing and new projects, we identify the relevant sustainable development goals. By clearly defining these objectives, we enable conscious decision-making with sustainability in mind.
Equipment efficiency and sustainable operation are essential for energy savings. We actively measure and verify product efficiency before shipping. This enables us to select, design and deploy the most energy-efficient solutions possible. Our office is also designed with sustainability in mind, featuring solar panels and a completely gas-free operation. In fact, we generate more energy than we consume, allowing us to supply surplus green energy to other companies.

Research and Development
At KITT Engineering, we specialize in transforming creative ideas into products that stay true to the original vision. We achieve this by applying existing technology in innovative ways, with additional development to bring the creative concept as close to reality as possible. Known for our creative and solution-oriented approach, we focus on the ‘Tech Behind Daily Life’. Our multi-disciplinary R&D team excels at developing tailored software and hardware solutions to meet your unique needs.
Construction
In addition to developing software and hardware, we also specialize in designing structures to house and support our technology. For example, we collaborate closely with Smartsteel Netherlands, our trusted partner in this area. The size or scale of the construction is no obstacle. Whether it’s integrating technology into street tiles or creating LED structures on large buildings, we have the expertise to make it a reality.
Production
At KITT Engineering, we manufacture many of the components used in our technology solutions in-house. For instance, we create the initial prototypes of circuit boards ourselves, preparing them for mass production. We carefully select each component, ensuring it meets the necessary certifications and quality standards. Our proprietary buying and selling system keeps track of which components have the appropriate certifications. Once everything is verified, we proceed with assembling the hardware in our laboratory.
LED Technology
KITT Engineering has a unique perspective on LED screens. We listen to our customers, ensuring that the design of each LED screen meets all their requirements and expectations. Whether it’s a standard design or a custom solution, KITT Engineering delivers a product that performs. To achieve this, we have been actively developing LED technology for years. Board
Our board consists of two leading parts, technical and commercial. Our technical management is the driving force behind all technological developments within the company.
