SCREEN CONTROL AND MONITORING SYSTEM
A great example of this is our proprietary Screen Control and Monitoring System (SCMS). This system allows us to detect potential issues in a LED screen before they become visible to the outside world.
KITT Engineering supplies LED panels tailored to each client’s needs. However, some customers already own screens from different manufacturers. The SCMS is designed to work with nearly all LED screens, ensuring that clients do not need to replace their existing displays to benefit from KITT’s monitoring and control capabilities.
The SCMS operates alongside existing LED technology, making it compatible with most LED displays. This flexibility allows customers to easily integrate advanced monitoring, making KITT’s Screen Control and Monitoring System a uniquely adaptable solution.

Public LED screens must comply with strict regulations, and the SCMS ensures that screens meet these requirements while allowing intervention when necessary.

Preventing Light Pollution:
LED screens must adhere to brightness limits, which vary depending on location and time of day. The SCMS automatically adjusts brightness using light sensors and daylight data, preventing excessive brightness at night. -
Monitoring Energy Consumption:
Clients can track energy usage daily, weekly or monthly. This data helps them understand operational costs and optimize efficiency. -
Temperature Management:
LED panels generate heat, especially in sunlight. The SCMS monitors screen temperature and automatically reduces brightness if overheating occurs. This helps extend the lifespan of the LED panels. -
Tracking Screen Behavior:
The system records environmental light levels and screen brightness, allowing clients to analyze how screens respond to surrounding conditions.
